A lovely cottage that enjoys views from the Living Room that overlook its own enclosed garden and the parkland with lake. This centrally heated cottage has a ground floor open plan Living Room with vaulted ceiling and dining area, fully fitted kitchen.  The ground floor also contains a Master Double Bedroom with en-suite Shower Room making it ideal for disabled or elderly infirm guests. On the first-floor there are two further twin bedrooms along with a Family Bathroom with shower over the bath.

The River Fowey

For those who can fly

Wainsford is positioned 5-miles from the tide, and given reasonable water volume is a favourite holding reach for Sea Trout and Salmon fresh from the sea. The Fowey has long enjoyed a reputation as one of the best Sea Trout rivers in the UK.

A true moorland river, the Fowey rises near Brown Willy on Bodmin, and the highest point in Cornwall. It flows for 30 miles to the sea at Fowey and is little influenced by agricultural or industrial activity. Characteristically gin clear, it provides a real challenge to the fly fisherman.
